                                How long does it take for you to process orders?

                           These [PREORDER] items will be shipped within 8-12 weeks.  and [PREORDER] items may also be delayed or shipped early.If it were the handmade doll, the waiting time might be longer.Preorder manufacturing time may vary.

                                Why does some acrylic items look blurry?

                           Some stuffs have one or two layers of film protection. If you need a clear effect, you could tear off the protective film by carefull.

                                Why don't you accept returns/exchanges/cancellations?

                            Because it is high costs for me, I personally cannot promise to provide return/exchange/cancellations services .

                                What happens if I write the wrong address?

                            Please make sure the address you write is correct!!!!!I am unable to redirect a shipment once it is dispatched.

                                Can I modify my order?

                            If your order isn't shipped yet, you could contact me .

                            If your order has already been shipped, I'm sorry, but I can't do anything for you.

                                What if the items are damaged or missing?

                            At least so far, the logistics that have been sent out have not encountered any logistics problems.The credit of logistics staffs are very reliable.👍

                            If you do encounter  damaged or missing items.

    1. You have had to take a complete and clear unboxing video or photo as evidence.
    2. Let me know through the contact page,Please send me the issue you have encountered, along with the order number, loss, and damage situation through contact page.

                            I can request compensation from the logistics company, but it will take a long time and be very troublesome,but this way could compensate for your loss.

                            If you haven't lost any items, but receive some safe stuffs extra, and it could also be my careless mistake.

                            If it's not something from my shop, but other strange  items,that's the problem with the logistics company or bad people,customs will not pass dangerous things.

                            

                                Why are there some differences between this item and the one I bought last time?

                            Each customized item I make is modified based on the feedback and suggestions I receive and the process effects vary from factory to factory.As I am still relatively a beginner at this, I strive to improve  with every product I create. Therefore, I may make some small adjustments to the details, but the overall content remains unchanged.

                                What is the [random]'s items?

                            [Random]'s items are all random items.This is the sample for my experiment. They are well preserved and no problem, I will keep one. You can also purchase them.Almost all types of products have one, the quality is the same as the products in the inventory, but the pattern cannot be selected.

                            Sometimes I also send a card to Patreoners. But if I don't have enough money , I'm sorry, there won't be any gifts😔.

    • The postage is mainly for urban logistics,emote areas will incur huge postage fees,I will cancel orders for addresses that cannot be shipped or high-risk account orders.I will block accounts identified as scammers and unfriendly accounts. If there are any errors, please contact me .
    • They are all flammable and cannot eat.These are all products I made because of my preferences.I can't consider every situation perfectly and every unexpected occurrence, but I will try to do better than last time .
    • The logistics for special items will be higher, especially for sensitive items.For example, magnets are special items, while liquids or lamps are sensitive items.
    • I mainly use the translator.
    • Sometimes I get sick or resting, and it takes longer to reply to emails.
    • The emails I send may appear in your email trash can, so...please check the email trash can.
