I send out some free gifts sometime, but these gifts don’t come with after-sales support.It is normal for packages to have no free gift.
- Lamps, Spherical plastic,Glass, Light and liquids, although I will try my best to package them, but the cost is very high and long-distance transportation is easy to damage, I am sorry, there is no after-sales service or refund for such items.
- The paper shell packaging has no after-sales service, it is difficult to make sure the integrity of the paper shell is during long-distance transportation.
- Due to the courier's loss package ,No refund or after-sales service available.

- If you send me the email without a complete and clear unboxing video, only photos,you'll get either a 20% refund for the shipping fee or a 20% refund on your Damaged| Lost items, whichever is less.
Payment security:
I've set the credit card payment security level pretty high(3DS Security Verification),Without verification, the payment will fail.
And my PayPal may be restricted occasionally, I'm not sure why, but every time I submit the same shop information , my PayPal can be used normally again, but it will take about 7days to recover🙀.
Therefore, these reasons may cause the payment of this order to sometimes fail,or often fail.So if you keep failing, I have no idea😿,it is all my fault.

- All of these items are not necessities,these are the items I practiced and tried,I will practice and do better~

- The price of "Something new" event is limited time and the cheapest.
- The postage is calculated based on weight and volume.
- I use HKD,it is best to use HKD.
- Each logistics company's quotation and service are different.If I change the logistics company, the prices and services will also change.
- Please do not trust any email information outside of my shop's email and shoplazza's email.And I am busy and exhausted, I won't make phone calls or send text messages to you.
- If you find that the orders have not been shipped long time(more than a month),that's because I haven't shipped yet or there's a bug on the shop, and I haven't received your any order messages and money, you could let me know,I will help you.
- Orders that have not been sent logistics emails can be cancelled~But after the shop sent the logistics email, the order cannot be cancelled.
