Refunds are only available through the courier company's after-sales service in these specific cases:
📋 If your gift arrives damaged or gets lost (and you didn't choose "Ship via untracked mail "), please email me within 3 days of receiving the package. I'll need these details to file a claim with the courier:
✨ A complete, clear unboxing video
✨ The quantity and name of the damaged or lost gifts
✨ Your order number
✨ Clear photos of the damage
If the video and info are clear and accurate, the courier's after-sales service will help take care of you! 🛟
😔 If the courier confirms the package is lost or you chose "Ship via untracked mail ", I'm so sorry — no refund or after-sales service is available, because the courier company doesn't offer one for this shipping method.

📬 A Little Note About "Ship via untracked mail ":
Almost all the packages I've sent this way have arrived safely — no lost or damaged things! The only tiny downside is the outer box might not look super pretty when it arrives. But in most cases ,your goodies inside are safe and sound! 📦✨
⏳ If Your Order Hasn't Shipped in a Long Time (Over a Month):
It might mean I haven't shipped it yet, or there could be a little website bug and I didn't receive any messages from you. Please contact or email me so I can check! 🕊️

If you'd like to cancel your order before I've sent the gift, just contact me or send an email, and I'll refund your sponsorship amount. No hard feelings! 🌷
But p-please note… if a refund is requested after I've already shipped the gift, I might have to sadly add a little blacklist note, and that would make my heart break all over again. 🥺🚫💧
